The Einhell stationary belt disc sander TC-US 380 is a 380 W tool with belt and disc sanding functions, and has a pivotable belt sanding device with workpiece stop. The clamping device ensures simple and uncomplicated sanding belt change, and the sanding belt centring can be adjusted from the outside. The disc sander with a diameter of 150 mm is equipped with hook and loop fastening for quick sanding belt change. The tiltable aluminium support table is sturdy and torsion-free, can be used on the sanding pad belt and is equipped with an easy-to-read angle scale for versatile applications. The transverse stop can also be pivoted from -60° to +60° degrees. Four sturdy rubber feet damp vibrations and ensure firm and secure standing. A connection for dust extraction for a clean workplace is available on the stationary belt disc sander. Delivery includes sanding belt and disc sandpaper.

Variable workpiece supports

The extra-large workpiece supports can be adjusted and adapted depending on the workpiece and the work required.

The large work support is removable, can be attached to the sanding belt or sanding pad and can be pivoted up to 45°.

For precise results, the rubber feet ensure secure standing and compensate for the vibrations of the device.

Clean working space

To ensure that the work area remains clean at all times, various devices for dust extraction can be connected to the extraction connection (Ø 36 mm).

Sanding belt for large areas

With the help of the 100 mm wide and 914 mm long sanding belt, even large workpieces can be sanded without any problems. The sanding belt reaches a maximum speed of up to 292 m/min.

Sanding disc for detailed work

When it comes to detailed work or smaller sanding surfaces, the disc sander with an idle speed of 1,450 rpm minute comes into its own. Sanding pads with a diameter of 150 mm can be used.

Hook & loop fastening

The disc sander with a diameter of 150 mm includes hook and loop fastening for quick and easy sanding pad replacement.

Pivoting sanding belt

To adapt optimally to any task, the pivotable sanding belt can be positioned both horizontally and vertically.

Easy sanding belt change

The belt run can be adjusted or changed quickly and easily thanks to the tool-free sanding belt centring.

So that you can get started right away, the stationary belt disc sander is supplied with 1x sanding belt (K80) and 1x disc sandpaper (K80).
